He understands people’s emotions better than any booking form can: he reads what guests want before and during the show, and adjusts the night as it happens.

LuminArt Entertainment is a Dubai entertainment agency and talent agency that represents, books and produces live performers for private events, weddings, corporate events, hotels and restaurants across the UAE. We are not a directory of acts and we are not an event company that subcontracts the music: we are a boutique agency led by musician and producer Sergio Catalan, performing and producing events in Dubai since 2008, with a hand-picked roster of 41 Dubai-based artists, our own production team and more than 300 events performed, rated 5.0 on Google.
What kind of agency LuminArt is
Clients searching for an entertainment agency in Dubai usually find three kinds of company. Booking agencies list hundreds of artists they have never seen live and pass on a phone number. Event companies plan the whole occasion and subcontract the entertainment to someone else, adding a margin. Bands and solo artists sell only themselves. LuminArt is a fourth kind: a talent agency that produces. The person who recommends the act has heard it perform, the sound operator on the night works for us, and the contract, the invoice and the point of contact are all in one place. Who is on the LuminArt roster
Every artist on our roster has been seen live by our founder before being offered to a client, and most have worked with us for years. The roster is deliberately small so that we can vouch for every name on it.
- Bands. Pop, soul and party bands, wedding bands and bands for dancing, from four to six musicians, with horns and backing vocals on request.
- Jazz. Duos, trios, swing bands and a female-led jazz trio for dinners, receptions and lounges. See jazz musicians in Dubai.
- Arabic music. Oud and qanun players, takht ensembles and a full Arabic band for weddings, National Day, Ramadan and corporate gatherings.
- Latin and Spanish. Latin bands for salsa, bachata and bossa nova, mostly sung in Spanish, and flamenco and Spanish guitar in several formats.

- Private hosts. Villa parties and private celebrations in Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Al Barari, Arabian Ranches and Abu Dhabi, produced around community rules and neighbour-friendly sound.
- Companies. Corporate event entertainment for gala dinners and awards nights, product launches, year-end and staff parties and National Day celebrations, with a formal agreement, invoicing and supplier onboarding.
- Couples and wedding planners. Wedding entertainment from the ceremony to the party, working alongside the planner and the venue rather than around them.
- Hotels, restaurants and venues. Residencies, brunches and themed nights with a curated, rotating programme instead of a different act every week.
- Event agencies and planners. We work as the entertainment partner of other agencies, quietly and under their brand when needed, with one contract covering every act.
How booking through LuminArt works
- Send the brief. Date, venue, number of guests and the kind of evening you have in mind, by WhatsApp or through the booking form.
- Receive a shortlist within two hours. Two or three acts with recent live videos and a fixed, itemised price for each.
- Confirm with a 50% deposit. The deposit holds the date and the artists; companies receive a formal agreement and an invoice, and if your company works to its own payment terms we agree them in the contract.
- We prepare everything. Repertoire, timings, sound and technical details are agreed with you, your planner or the venue's AV team.
- Enjoy the night. Our team arrives early, sound-checks quietly and runs the evening to the agreed schedule, with a stage manager for trio and band bookings.
What every booking includes
- One accountable contact from the first message to the last song, even when several acts perform.
- Professional sound with a dedicated operator, sized for the space, or full coordination with the venue's own system.
- A guaranteed substitute artist of the same level at the same fee, written into the agreement, with a video for your approval, so illness never becomes your problem.
- A fixed price in writing: no hourly surprises, and no hidden extras added after you have said yes.
- Local knowledge: villa community rules, hotel load-in times, licensing questions and venue protocols across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Both. You can book a single pianist, saxophonist, singer or oud player for a dinner, or a full programme with several acts. Prices depend on the line-up, the hours and the production, and every proposal is fixed and itemised.
Do you work with event planners and other agencies?
Yes. Many of our bookings come through wedding planners, corporate event agencies and hotels. We work under your brand when needed, with one contract for all the entertainment and a single point of contact for your team.
Do you cover events outside Dubai?
Yes. We perform regularly in Abu Dhabi, including Saadiyat and Yas islands, and across the UAE. Travel outside Dubai appears as a separate line in your proposal.
How do we confirm a booking with LuminArt?
Send the brief by WhatsApp or through the booking form, choose an act from the shortlist, and confirm with a 50% deposit. The deposit holds the date and the artists; companies receive a formal agreement and an invoice. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates, and last-minute bookings are always possible subject to availability.
