LuminArt Entertainment is a Dubai entertainment company that books and produces live music and performers for villa parties, private events, weddings and corporate events across the UAE. We work with 41 hand-picked Dubai-based acts, from a solo guitarist to a full party band, and we deliver the whole evening: the artists, professional sound with a dedicated operator, a stage manager and one point of contact from the first message to the last song. Hire musicians and performers for your event
Every act on our roster has been seen live by our founder. Choose by style, by format or by the mood of the evening, and we will shortlist two or three options with recent live videos.
- Live bands. Pop and party bands, wedding bands and bands for dancing, from four to six musicians.
- Jazz. Duos, trios and swing bands for dinners, receptions and lounges. See jazz musicians.
- Latin and Spanish music. Latin bands for salsa, bachata and bossa nova, mostly sung in Spanish, and Spanish guitar and flamenco in several formats.
- Arabic music. Oud, vocals and percussion, from a majlis duo to a full Arabic band.

What event entertainment costs in Dubai
Our villa party packages start at AED 9,000 for a two-hour acoustic duo with professional sound and a dedicated operator, AED 17,000 for a three-hour trio with singer and stage manager, and AED 33,000 for a four-hour full band with production-grade sound. Weddings, corporate events and other occasions are quoted individually: the price depends on the line-up, the hours and the production, not on the number of guests. Every proposal is fixed and itemised, and a 30% deposit confirms the date.
How booking works
- Send the brief. Date, venue, number of guests and the kind of evening you have in mind, by WhatsApp or through the booking form.
- Receive a shortlist within two hours. Two or three acts with live videos and a fixed price for each.
- Confirm with a deposit. We agree repertoire, timings and technical details with you, your planner or the venue.
- Enjoy the night. Our team arrives early, sound-checks quietly and runs the evening to the agreed schedule.

Which areas do you cover?
All of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah, Al Barari, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Saadiyat and Yas. Travel outside Dubai appears as a separate line in the proposal.
How far in advance should we book entertainment?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. December, New Year and the October to April season fill early, so for a band or a show we recommend a month or more. Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists are booked first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
