A staff party has one job: get people who work together to have a good night together. It is less formal than a gala, more relaxed than a client event and, in Dubai, it usually happens on a rooftop, a beach club, a desert camp, a yacht or in the office itself. For a team day rather than a party, we run formats where the team takes part: a percussion workshop where 30 to 150 people play together within an hour, a "build the band" session where departments form groups and perform one song at the end of the day, or a karaoke-with-a-live-band finale where the band backs whoever gets on stage. They work in a hotel meeting room, a desert camp or the office, with our own sound and a facilitator who has done it before. The programme, the number of instruments and the timing are agreed with your HR or events lead.

How far in advance should we book a staff party?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Thursday nights, December and the end of each quarter fill early, so for a band or a themed night we recommend a month. Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists go first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
