Logistics we handle in Abu Dhabi
Travel from Dubai for the artists and crew appears as a separate line in every Abu Dhabi proposal. We register with the community security in advance, arrive in the afternoon for the set-up, bring our own sound and a silent generator when needed, coordinate with your caterer and planner and agree the outdoor cut-off with you. Every performer has a confirmed backup and a stage manager runs the night.

How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. December, National Day week and the October to April season fill early, so for a full band or a show we recommend a month or more. Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists are booked first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
