Logistics we handle in Palm Jumeirah
We register our crew and vehicles with the community and the frond gate in advance, plan the load-in for the afternoon so nothing is unloaded during your guests' arrival, size the sound for a garden with water on one side and neighbours on the other, and agree the outdoor cut-off with you. Do you handle access to the frond and the community gate?
Yes. We register our crew and vehicles with the community security in advance and plan the load-in for the afternoon, so you do not deal with the gate on the day.
Until what time can the music play outdoors?
Most Palm Jumeirah communities expect outdoor amplified music to wind down late in the evening, so we plan the band or the live sets outdoors and move the DJ indoors for the late hours. We agree the exact cut-off with you when we plan the run-of-show.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. December, New Year and the October to April season fill early on the Palm, so for a full band or a show we recommend a month or more. Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists are booked first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
