Logistics we handle on Saadiyat Island
Most Saadiyat villas sit inside gated communities, so we register vehicles and team names with security in advance and plan the load-in for the afternoon. The drive from Dubai is built into our schedule: the team leaves early, arrives with time to set up and sound-check quietly, and travel is itemised in the proposal. Near the beach we protect the equipment from sand and humidity, point the speakers towards the house and agree the outdoor cut-off with you. We coordinate timings with your caterer or planner, bring a silent generator when needed, and every performer has a confirmed backup. A stage manager runs the night.

How far in advance should we book?

Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists are booked first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
