Logistics we handle in District One
District One is a managed community with security at the entrances, so we register vehicles and team names in advance and plan the load-in for the afternoon. Contemporary homes often have stone floors, glass walls and double-height ceilings, so we choose the system and the position of the musicians for the room, protect floors and finishes during load-in, and hide cabling so the house still looks the way you designed it. We coordinate timings with your caterer, planner or florist, bring a silent generator when needed and agree the outdoor cut-off with you. Every performer has a confirmed backup and a stage manager runs the night.

Yes. We use floor protection for equipment cases, plan a single load-in route with you and hide cabling, so the house looks as designed when your guests arrive.

How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. December, New Year and the October to April season fill early, so for a band or a show we recommend a month or more. Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists are booked first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
