We coordinate timings with your caterer or planner, bring a silent generator when the home's power is not enough, and agree the outdoor cut-off with you. How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. December, New Year and the October to April season fill early, so for a band or a show we recommend a month or more. Last-minute bookings are always possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists are booked first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performer for your date.
