Catering, décor, florals, venue hire and the overall wedding planning stay with your planner or the suppliers you choose. We join the planning calls that concern the entertainment, send our technical needs early (power, stage space, load-in times) and follow the timings your planner sets on the day.

Every event is quoted individually, based on the line-up, the hours and the production. Shows and extra ensembles are priced per event, and you receive a fixed, itemised proposal within two hours of your brief.
Can you mix music from different cultures in one wedding?
Yes. Many Dubai weddings bring several families and countries together. We design concepts that move from Arabic to English, Spanish or Italian repertoire at the right moments, so every side of the family hears their music.
Do you work with our wedding planner?
Yes, always. We join the planning of the entertainment, share our technical needs early and follow your planner's timings on the day, so the entertainment fits the rest of the wedding.
Do you also handle catering, décor or flowers?
No. LuminArt produces the entertainment only: the artists, the sound, the performance lighting and the run-of-show. Catering, décor, florals and the venue are handled by your planner or the suppliers you choose, and we coordinate timings, power and stage space with them in advance.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings we recommend three to six months, and more for dates between November and March, when the most requested ensembles and bands are booked first. Last-minute bookings are still possible, subject to availability: the most sought-after artists go first, which is the risk of leaving it late, but there is always the option of finding the best available performers for your date.
